The best tiramisu is made by little old Italian ladies who are passionate about good food. No matter how many times they make it, they pour their hearts into its creation. That type of passion runs deep in my veins. (I like to think it's the Italian blood!) Travel is a major passion of mine. I often joke that I only keep my day job to finance my travel addiction! The best part of travel is experiencing different cultures - from architecture to food to the arts - and the fun of meeting and conversing with all sorts of people.
