Extreme Value Hedging written by one of my best friends in journalism. I’m a news junkie: newspapers, mags, books, and even trashy Spanish tabloid exposes on what Ricky Martin is doing to his pertey hair. |

I play rec league basketball, check out new restaurants, lounges, social events, movies, concerts, love reading up on current events. Also recently became a freelance music photographer (love my Canon 10D camera!), in addition to my reporting duties. |
| About Me: |
Also as a kid, I grew up extremely shy, to the point where teachers thought I was a mute in grade school (no joke), but being a sports reporter traveling the country to cover big time football and basketball games definitely helped me break out of my shell. There's no such thing as a shy reporter :)
I consider myself to be a very progressive and open-minded individual. but I don’t limit my interactions or social circle to those who share my same world views and ideals. Life's a bit too short, no? I've found that the most enriching experiences can happen in the most unexpected and unfamiliar places, so I often try to step out of my comfort zone and enjoy all the little surprises life has to offer. As weird as it may be to others, I tend to groove to my own tune. So in other words, I'm the off-beat guy on the dance floor...really though, I'm just a dude trying to make his way in this world.
I caught the travel bug while at my international high school, and my recent travels include: Mexico (a country I've been to a dozen times); Barcelona, Rome, London and Dublin. I'm always up for new adventures, all over the globe, the random weekend trips to NYC for a fun concert or show, grabbing a burger at Good Stuff Eatery in Cap Hill (my framed article is on the place is on the second floor :), or even just a stroll down the street. Are you up for the ride? |
